Product Reviews
A number of our clients have successful
businesses in other market sectors in the UK, but little
or no business in the healthcare market or the NHS. The NHS
is
somewhat of an "island" and the determination
of how to launch a new product is always challenging.
The purpose of a product review is to compare the capability/functionality
of a product or product line versus existing and projected
market needs. This work can include:
- functional comparison with the identification of gaps
- dataset reviews
- language and terminology issues (clinical and otherwise)
- prices and pricing structure
- service and support needs.
The work will set out clearly the Critical Success Factors
needed for the product to have a good chance of market acceptance.
