A high calibre, highly committed senior Project Manager /Programme Director
with a diverse skill set and over 15 years of implementing Information Communications and Technology (ICT), 12 years of which is in health.
Carol has a proven track record of realising clinical, management and operational benefits through the delivery of complex ICT projects, in
business critical areas, across multiple organisations, to time and on budget.
To date Carol has developed a variety of skills all based upon experience of delivering large and complex solutions working both within her
own organisation as well as managing and co-ordinating partner organisations and third party suppliers.
Her strengths include the ability to translate corporate/strategic requirements to multi-skilled parties to enable the most efficient and high
quality delivery with minimal delay. Carol is highly organised and capable of assessing priorities and establishing required actions in high
pressure situations involving numerous stakeholders at all levels.
She has first-hand knowledge of the ICT supplier Market, having experience in both system selection including OBS production and supplier evaluation
as well as development requirement definition and subsequent user acceptance testing and supplier management.
In her previous positions she has also gained significant operational knowledge around support and pre-sales as well as a degree of account management.
