An Executive-level IT professional with an excellent track record in project and programme delivery and procurement. A skilled change agent with credibility at Board level. Fifteen years NHS experience and twelve years private sector IT experience has led to particular expertise in sophisticated health informatics deployments. Colin has worked extensively with both NHS Trusts and suppliers, usually at board level, during his years with Connecting for Health. Prior to joining CfH he was the Project Manager for NHS Lifehouse delivering 1 million patient records as part of the National EPR demonstration project. His healthcare experience includes being the Director of Information Management and Technology at both a University Teaching Hospital and a Health Authority. An excellent communicator and an experienced executive Colin is a natural leader with the ability to manage diverse projects and people even when not fully under his line management control.
