David started his career in the Department of Health and has worked at many levels within the National Health Service both as an employee and as a consultant. He therefore has a thorough understanding of reporting lines, policy and clinical issues and the sensitivities associated with them. His thirty years’ experience of working on health information projects and planning both in the UK and across Europe has provided him with extensive experience of working with stakeholders representing a wide range of interests including clinicians in all disciplines, representative organisations, health service management and patient groups.
