Heather Develin is a highly experienced business analyst, software
product specialist, project manager, people manager and management
consultant to the NHS. She spent 15 years with Shared
Medical Systems, one of the world’s most successful providers
of IT solutions to the healthcare industry. As a consultant Heather
has worked for a large number of software suppliers and NHS trusts,
including a number of primary and secondary care organisations
in London and the South East on a wide range of operational and
