An Information Management Specialist with wide experience in healthcare management, Mik Horswell has over thirty years experience as a general manager and as an informatics specialist in the NHS and as an independent consultant. Working across all levels of management in the NHS from Department of Health to operational, he has had particular success in exploiting his strong project management and analytical skills in developing strategy and improving services. His original role as an operational hospital manager gives him a real understanding of healthcare processes and his work as a Director of Information has added complementary knowledge of health informatics.
