Mike has 26 years experience in the healthcare ICT domain working in government, NHS and commercial organisations in the UK and overseas. He has worked on many healthcare projects and e-health business development, mainly at national level. In addition, Mike has been engaged on European Commission health telematics projects and has worked in the commercial sector in software business development.
He has strong interpersonal skills, which together with his experience and understanding of healthcare business enable him to work closely with healthcare professionals of all disciplines to achieve successful outcomes.
As a Director of the UK eHealth Association (2002 – 2009) he was closely involved with the clinical and supplier aspects of remote patient monitoring and the management of long term conditions, and has spent the last five years engaged in the commercial development of and business aspects of remote monitoring systems.
Mike is an Associate member of the British Computer Society and a Level 3 registrant of the UK Council for Healthcare Professionals.
