Peter is a programme
director specialising in the implementation of IT systems to support
major business change programmes. He specialises in management
of change, business process redesign, communications and training.
He has particular experience in the telecommunications and automotive
industries, though he has worked in many other sectors.
Most recently he was employed as a programme director at Cable
and Wireless plc, working for the key global division. He was part
of the management team for a $200 million programme to implement
a common set of business process worldwide in finance, procurement
and HR supported by web based self service and a single global
SAP instance.
He has spent much of his career in management consulting gaining
experience of just about every facet of the job. He is a highly
experienced presenter and facilitator having worked with a large
number of organisations in the private and public sector.
