HealthSystems have formed
a strategic alliance with Methods Consulting to provide specialist
consultancy services under the OGC Catalist Organisational Development – Health
contract. Our alliance provides consultancy advice for health
sector organisations in support of the development and/or implementation
of solutions.
Work under this framework may cover IT; HR; Procurement; Finance; Estates; or environmental issues. Subject may include Change Management; Due Diligence; Risk Management; Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning; HR issues; and ICT Capabilities.
Our alliance is uniquely placed to help healthcare organisations realise the challenges facing them today. We believe that change can only be brought about through a combination of the right ideas, effectively implemented, and with a clear focus on the output. Whereas many consultancies concentrate their efforts on the generation of ideas and then often leave the client organisation to implement them, we believe that implementation of the change agenda supported by appropriate systems is by far the greater challenge.
