John is a HR and organisational development professional with
very strong experience in the NHS and wider public sector.
He is well used to dealing successfully with the challenge
of changing and developing organisations in order to make the
best use of employees’ talents and provide an effective
response to increased consumer expectations. A qualified Senior
Executive Coach, he is particularly experienced and interested
in team development, but has a wide range of skills which have
been deployed to good effect not only within major London teaching
hospitals, but also for the Tate family of galleries where
he was head of Human Resources and Organisational Development
during Tate’s unprecedented expansion between 1997 and
2003. John leads the HealthResources business within the Group,
as well as providing expert consulting on human resource subjects.
