Theresa has over 20 years’ experience in Healthcare
IT, including 16 years in a variety of roles with SMS, one
of the largest medical systems suppliers in the industry. Having
worked in the NHS as a registered nurse and research sister,
she has detailed clinical knowledge of hospitals and how they
function.
She has managed many complex multi-disciplinary IT projects
and the installation of hospital-wide software applications,
including the merger of two hospital information systems. Theresa
is also a skilled facilitator in organisational change management,
has excellent communication skills and a track record of success
in working with supplier and client teams. Theresa is a member
of the Institute of Directors and gained a Certificate in Company
Direction in 2005 from the Institute of Directors, London. Since
joining HealthSystems she has done significant work in primary
and community care as well as gaining expertise in the Single
Assessment Process (SAP).
